Savannah container volume growth returning to ‘normal levels’

Container volume at the port of Savannah, Georgia, rose just 3 percent year-over-year in October, a sign that the torrid pace of year-over-year growth seen earlier this year and in the last half of 2014 is now moderating as shippers return to the U.S. West Coast.
