Boskalis Raises Profit Outlook for Second Half of 2012

Marine services and dredging group Royal Boskalis Westminster reported revenue and profit in the third quarter were higher than levels in the first half of 2012.

The Dutch firm revised its outlook. It expects its profit to be around 230 to 245 million euros (about US $293 to $312 million) in 2012.

The company was also recently approached by a party from the Middle East about a possible sale of its 40 percent stake in the maritime infrastructure business Archirodon.
