INLAND MARINE UNDERWRITERS ASSOCIATION (New York) - Ira Gottlieb was named assistant vice president and will be responsible for developing and managing programs promoting the association and its members.

Previously, Mr. Gottlieb was account supervisor with Richartz & Fliss of Parsippany, N.J., where he managed the Inland Marine account along with others.The Inland Marine Association is the collective voice of the U.S. inland marine insurance industry. The group has 413 member companies and provides its members with education, research and communications services.

ROLLINS HUDIG HALL GROUP INC. (New York) - Pearl J.C. Wong was named vice president of the firm's Japan Business Group.

Ms. Wong, a Japanese business development specialist, has more than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. As vice president, she will be responsible for helping the domestic offices of Rollins Hudig in designing and implementing risk management programs and products for Japanese companies.

Robert Wilson was named chairman and chief executive officer of Rollins Hudig's Pittsburgh office and John Stewart was named president and chief operating officer.

Before joining Rollins Hudig, Mr. Wilson was vice president of global sales for an insurance broker in Pennsylvania. Mr. Stewart has worked in various positions at other insurance companies.
