Seattle Approves $5 Million in Improvements

The Seattle Port Commission approved nearly $5 million in marine terminal, dredging and infrastructure improvements.

The projects include replacement of four mooring dolphins on Harbor Island so the facility can accommodate up to four 400-foot barges, maintenance dredging for terminals 5 and 18, a strategic plan for developing unused property around Terminal 91 and granting permanent easements over port property for reconstruction of South Park Bridge.
