A Transport and Environment representative, in an article appearing on JOC.com on Sept. 10, is quoted as saying: “In contrast, WSC’s own proposal to the IMO suggests it thinks that a global carbon price of €0.60 ($0.71) a ton would do the trick.” As the gentleman has had explained to him previously, WSC believes no such thing.
