Trans-Pacific carriers eye more capacity cuts amid weak peak

Carriers in the trans-Pacific may reduce capacity beyond what they have already announced for October by choosing not to replace vessels that will be removed from deployment in November and December to transition to IMO 2020-compliant fuel.
