CMA CGM will launch a new intra-Morocco service, the New Morocco Shuttle.
Commencing May 11, with the Oued Ziz, the weekly service will be operated with the following rotation: Tangier, Casablanca, Agadir and returning to Tangier.
The carrier has also added an eastbound call at Maputo, Mozambique, to its ASAF service, connecting Asia to South Africa. The first call at Maputo on the eastbound leg is scheduled for May 15 with the Maria Katharina S, voyage DH346E. The rotation is as follows: Ningbo, China; Shanghai; Hong Kong; Chiwan, China; Singapore; Port Klang, Malaysia; Durban, South Africa; Pointe-Noire, Congo; Luanda, Angola; Maputo; Port Klang; and Ningbo.
Furthermore, the container line has added a call at Salalah, Oman, every Wednesday, to its Mascareignes Express service, which connects the Indian Ocean to the Mediterranean market. The new rotation will commence at Fos Sur Mer, France, with CMA CGM Effingham, voyage ME959E. The first call at Salalah is scheduled for May 19 and the first call of the new rotation in Réunion is scheduled for May 29. The configuration is as follows: Mundra, India; Khor Al Fakkan, United Arab Emirates; Salalah; Pointe des Galets, Réunion; Port Louis, Mauritius; Tamatave, Madagascar; Longoni, Mayotte; Nacala, Mozambique; Port Victoria, Seychelles; and back to Mundra.
