Patty Senecal, a former trucking industry executive and spokeswoman for the warehousing and goods movement industry in California, was hired as manager of Southern California operations for the Western States Petroleum Association.
Senecal has more than 25 years of experience in the goods movement and logistics industry. She was vice president of sales at Transport Express in Rancho Dominguez, Calif., before being named Southern California government affairs director for the International Warehouse Logistics Association. She also served with Harbor Truckers for a Sustainable Future.
As manager of the Southern California office of the Western States Petroleum Association, Senecal will represent member companies in the region, including six refineries and several marine terminals. The organization was founded in 1908 and represents 28 companies that explore for, produce, transport, refine and market petroleum and petroleum products in the western U.S. and Hawaii.
