Breakbulk fleet growth to accelerate, but capacity remains constrained

While fleet supply is growing, vessel specialization, low demolition activity, port congestion, and ongoing disruptions to traditional trade lanes are all limiting the amount of capacity effectively available to project cargo and breakbulk shippers.
