<div><p>Transportation <a>procurement software vendor Leaf Logistics</a> is arming shippers with a tool to continuously recalibrate their truckload spend to drive more volume to lower cost contract rates. </p><p>The technology provider last week released a new product called Leaf Adapt that’s designed to wean shippers off a <a>reliance on the traditional long-term contract</a> requests for proposal (RFPs) to truckload carriers. </p><p>Leaf is <a>far from the only player</a> trying to <a>migrate spend away from static long-term contracts</a>, with a <a>range of freight brokers</a> offering tools to more dynamically toggle between contract, spot, and dedicated volume. </p><p>Founded in 2017, New York-based Leaf is...
