Price fixing probe ends as Singapore regulator hands out fines

The long running investigation into Asia forwarders fixing fees and surcharges on Japan-Singapore routes between 2002 and 2007 was finally brought to a close with the Competition Commission of Singapore (CCS) handing out $5.4 million in fines.
