Cargo Volume Dips at Changi Airport

Singapore's Changi Airport handled 145,600 metric tons of cargo in April, down 1.8 percent year-over-year.

In the first four months of the year, cargo volume declined 2.1 percent year-over-year to 579,600 metric tons.

The near-term outlook for aviation remains cloudy, with external threats ranging from high fuel prices and weak prospects for the global economy, the airport said.
