AirBridgeCargo Airlines has increased its flights from Milan and Paris to Moscow.
The Volga-Dnepr subsidiary now operates scheduled flights from Paris three times a week and from Milan five times a week. In addition to two flights from Paris which the airline performs on Wednesdays and Sundays, the airline has added an extra service on Fridays. Furthermore, in addition to the three existing frequencies from Milan to Moscow every Monday, Tuesday and Friday, additional services now also operate on Thursdays and Sundays. All flights are operated with Boeing 747 freighters.
The new frequencies are meant to meet the increased customer demand for transportation services on these routes, especially from the raw materials, automotive and fashion sectors, according to ABC.
This is the second time this year that Russia’s largest cargo carrier upgraded its weekly service between Moscow and Milan.
