Trinity Industries, Inc. Names New Treasurer
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Trinity Industries, Inc. (NYSE:TRN - News) today announced that Gail M. Peck has joined the Company as its Treasurer.
Ms. Peck, 42, was most recently Vice President and Treasurer for Centex Corporation from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that role, she served as Managing Director, Corporate Finance for Centex from 2001. At Centex, she oversaw the company’s corporate-wide capital planning initiatives and led the company’s issuance of bank and public debt. Before joining Centex, Ms. Peck was with American Airlines in various roles including Director of Investor Relations.
Ms. Peck received an undergraduate degree in economics from Trinity College in 1989 and earned her M.B.A. from the Kenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina in 1996.
