Standard Forwarding Company Wins Schneider Logistics "Carrier of the Year Award"

Green Bay, WI - September, 18 2009 - Standard Forwarding Company has received the prestigious Schneider Logistics Carrier of the Year Award for an unprecedented sixth time! The award is based upon on time pick up and delivery service, ease of doing business, claims performance, e-business capability and integration with Schneider Logistics. Over 1800 providers of all modes of transportation are considered and less than one percent is awarded Carrier of the Year status. Standard Forwarding is the only LTL carrier to receive the award for a sixth time.

The award was accepted on behalf of Standard's over 400 employees and their families. by Tim Conrad, Vice President Sales and Marketing and Jim Trench, Director of National Accounts as well as Steve Kirkbride, Wisconsin Regional Manager. The ceremony took place September 19, 2009 at the Lambeau Field Atrium in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
