PureSpectrum, Inc. (OTCBB: PSRU) has finalized a third party logistics agreement with wholesale distributor Ferguson that will provide the lighting company with rapid national fulfillment for its full product line.
Ferguson, founded in 1953, is a diverse wholesale distributor spanning multiple business groups, including plumbing, mechanical and waterworks contractors, kitchen and bath dealers, residential and commercial builders, large industrial businesses, manufacturers and local and state government agencies. Ferguson will begin stocking PureSpectrum’s full line of dimmable Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFL) at their distribution centers located in Stockton, Ca., and Front Royal, Va., during the second quarter, and the agreement with Ferguson will enable PureSpectrum to guarantee rapid fulfillment of orders throughout the United States.
The logistics agreement will expand to include PureSpectrum’s dimmable ballasts and linear fluorescent fixtures, and Ferguson will also manage PureSpectrum’s fulfillment for orders from online retailers such as Amazon.com.
