JOC Staff |
Santa Fe Springs, CA (December 7, 2009) Phillips Industries has improved the packaging for their cable supporting Pogo Sticks to be more eco-friendly. The new packaging is a mesh sleeve netting that does an excellent job of protecting the product during shipment and is easily recycled when the Pogo Sticks are removed for use. Dave Phillips, General Manager of the company’s Commercial Vehicle Products Division in Santa Fe Springs, CA commented “Phillips CVP Division recently received ISO 14001 certification for our Environmental Management System; and under that framework, we are looking at any and all activity that can reduce our environmental impact. The new Pogo Stick packaging is just one item we identified that can help in that regard.”

Phillips Pogo Sticks which are designed for heavier ABS cables come in three sizes and include the new QWIK-SNAP™ 3-hose holder. The extra heavy duty springs are coated for corrosion resistance. Visit www.phillipsind.com to view a complete product catalog.
