OnTrackAmerica Announces the Addition of Ross F. Schmucki to its Staff
PHILADELPHIA – OnTrackAmerica is pleased to announce that Ross F. Schmucki, a mediator, arbitrator and former DuPont Corporate Counsel, has joined its volunteer staff. OnTrackAmerica seeks to promote dialogue, collaboration and consensus among interested public and private sectors to facilitate increased, efficient use of rail freight transportation in America. Mr. Schmucki will apply his skills in strategic planning, facilitating collaboration and multi-party negotiation to assist OnTrackAmerica.

Ross F. Schmucki is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar. He maintains a private practice as a mediator and arbitrator, serving on the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitrator Panel. Mr. Schmucki served as Corporate Counsel at DuPont from 1988 to 2007 in numerous leadership roles where he successfully resolved major, complex litigation. He served as a Practice Group Leader and managed 100+ outside attorneys in 41 states. Early in his career he was an Associate and Member of the Philadelphia law firm Harvey, Pennington, Herting & Renneisen. He received his A.B. degree from Princeton University and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law.
