Penske Logistics Mexico Names New Sales Leader

READING, Pa., March 5, 2014 – Penske Logistics Mexico has named Pedro Sanchez as its Sales Director. Based in Saltillo, Mexico, Sanchez is responsible for strategic business development that extends into new verticals.

Sanchez joins Penske from international supply chain provider UTi Worldwide where he was Director of Client Solutions and Business Development Manager. For FedEx, he was a Global Account Manager in the LATAM Automotive Group and a Cross Border Account Manager along the U.S.-Mexico border.

He was also a Supply Chain Management Manager and Import and Export Supervisor for IG Manufacturing Services. Sanchez was employed in import and export roles with Summit Polymers and Cardinal Brands.

Sanchez earned a law degree from Matamoros University. He possesses Lean Certification from ITESM in Monterrey, Mexico, and is nearing completion of his APICS Certification.
