Patricia Gaudin Joins Lineage Logistics as VP of Human Resources

Lineage Logistics ("Lineage"), a warehousing and logistics company sponsored by Bay Grove Capital LLC (“Bay Grove”), today announced that Patricia Gaudin has joined Lineage as its VP of Human Resources (“HR”). In this position, Ms. Gaudin will assume responsibility for all aspects of the Lineage's human resource functions and will report directly to Lineage’s Chief Executive Officer Bill Hendricksen.

Prior to joining Lineage, Ms. Gaudin was VP, Human Resources of Tectrans, Inc. and Keolis Transit America, Inc. where she led strategic direction of all HR and payroll functions as well as managed due diligence and M&A integration efforts. Ms. Gaudin also previously worked with The SCI Companies as Business Team Manager where she was responsible for client profitability and handled all aspects of the client's co-employer contracted HR administrative services. Ms. Gaudin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University.
