Bertling Logistics appoints Steve Walter as new Head for Houston office

It is with great pleasure to announce the appointment of Steve Walter as General Manager for our Houston office. Steve has taken up his new role as from 1 January 2021 and brings a wealth of commercial, operational and management experience from his 23 years in the freight industry to his new role at Bertling.

In his career, Steve has worked for both large multinationals as well as with industry specialist companies and most recently headed the business development team at CEVA Logistics.

We have sincere trust in Steve’s know-how and expertise and are convinced that he will help us to enhance our business activities in North America and beyond. He will be a responsible leader for our Houston team and will be instrumental to grow our business and market coverage in North America.

Steve will also play an instrumental role in identifying new business areas in North America and, as we will hopefully in the near future move into the Covid-19 recovery period, help us to realize these new opportunities to broaden our service offering in this important market.
