Arsenault Appoints Victor F. Escudero to Business Development Post
Burlington, N.J. ¬ September 2, 2009 ¬ Arsenault Associates today announced that Victor F. Escudero has joined the company as Director, Business Development & Regional Account Manager. Arsenault Associates is the industry-leading provider of Dossier fleet maintenance management software and related technology solutions.
According to Arsenault President Jack Boetefuer, Escudero will work primarily with new and existing Dossier customers in the Northeastern U.S. and internationally. Raised in Mexico and the U.S., Escudero is fluent in both English and Spanish.

He is well prepared to win new business and to help our existing customers find ways to do more with their systems. With his international experience, we plan for Victor to also play a critical role in expanding and developing new markets for Dossier outside the U.S.” Escudero is an electrical engineer with broad experience in global business development, as well as sales and operations management. He has worked for several industry leading companies, including Rockwell Automation. He has held executive positions in the Caribbean and in the U.S., his last being VP of Operations & Business Development. He was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and was raised in Mexico and in Texas, where he earned his degree at the University of Texas ¬ El Paso.
Escudero and his family now reside in Pennsylvania.
Arsenault has customers south of the border and in the Caribbean, Boetefuer said, and has long recognized untapped potential in those regions. “We have plans to add multi-language and multi-currency capability to Dossier,” he said. “As we progress toward that point, Victor will play a lead role in directing business development to help us establish and grow our business on a global basis.”
