Eberhart Capital to Acquire Poling Transportation

Private equity company Eberhart Capital has agreed to acquire Omaha, Neb.-based refrigerated truckload carrier Poling Transportation, now Poling Express, in a stock and cash transaction.

Poling was owned by Frank Lamer, Kevin Poling and Pat Russell.

Poling will continue to operate under the existing management team in its current Omaha location.
