Paul Anderson, CEO of Jacksonville Port Authority in Florida, was today selected as the top-ranked finalist for the Tampa Port Authority’s open director and CEO position, the Tampa Bay Business Journal reported.
A selection committee met today to interview and announce its short list of candidates, according to the Jacksonville Business Journal. The Tampa Bay Port Authority board is scheduled to meet tomorrow, Nov. 13, to make a final selection.
Anderson joined Jaxport in January 2011.
Tampa’s former director, Richard Wainio, resigned in September after holding the position since 2005.
