The Saint John Port Authority in New Brunswick, Canada, named Peter Gaulton, interim chairman.
Gaulton, a former vice president of the board, steps in for Stephen Campbell, who resigned this week to take a position with the Fisheries Ministry in Ottawa.
Gaulton has been a member of the board since 2008. He served as chair of the audit committee for several years and was elected vice chairman in June.
