Zim Integrated Shipping Services will increase rates on its trade between North Europe and the east Mediterranean, starting April 14:
- Eastbound from North Europe to Israel, the hike will be $75 per 20-foot-equivalent unit.
- Eastbound from North Europe to Egypt and Cyprus, the hike will be €50 (about US$64.76) per TEU.
- Westbound from Israel, the increase will be $50 per TEU for dry cargo and $150 per 40-foot refrigerated container and $75 per 20-foot reefer container.
