It will apply to all tariff ocean freight rates and service contracts.</p><p>The rate hike will be $150 per 20-foot container and $200 per 40-foot container for shipments from the U.S. to Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, the United Arab Emirates and Yemen.</p><p>UASC said that on shipments to Egypt, Lebanon and Turkey, the increase will be $50 per 20-foot container and $75 per 40-foot container.</p></div>...
