Trans-Pacific Carriers Seek Profitability, Stability in 2013

Seeing the carriers increase capacity significanty in the last two weeks to the USEC from Asia will impact the rates - I see signs it already has. Some RFP numbers on a modest sized bid say the rates to the USEC could be going down by $500. a container.Has to impact the USWC.
