Since the JOC has changed, I'm curious if anyone else is finding if much less useful and difficult to use as well. When I pull up this page it doesn't have some info to load (images of the charges graph presumably), as well as I'm finding the information redundant. I use to enjoy going to certain locations for things like the Shanghai container index but do not find the data to be nearly as helpful. Information on the JOC is much more difficult to find now and when quarried under 'Search' it doesn't come up like it use to. Anyone else findi the site less helpful?

Thanks for your input Kevin. We strive to make the JOC website as user friendly as possible and take all suggestions into consideration. If you're not getting the images to load, try a refresh or another browser option. If you continue to have problems, please contact customer service at joc@halldata.com. The JOC editors are constanly adding new content, and it is possible with our new tagging system to see an article in more than one site section. But to get the full impact of data analysis, you must be logged in as member (particularly for the freight index data).

I am having the same issues as Kevin below. Much more difficult to find what you are looking for and much of the data can't be retrieved or is in a format which can't be opened or accessed. Refreshing doesn't help.
