Bahri, formerly known as the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia, has added Jacksonville, Fla., to its regular liner service schedule.
The addition coincides with the newly arrived general cargo vessel, the Bahri Abha, which will be used to connect the U.S. with Saudi Arabia and the Persian Gulf ports. The vessel is equipped with two heavy-lift cranes of 120-ton capacity each and can accommodate roll-on, roll-off cargo, breakbulk commodities, project and oversize items and full containerloads.
The first call at the Port of Jacksonville is scheduled for April 22, on the Bahri Abha's voyage 001.
