Hapag-Lloyd has announced changes in port rotation for its WAS and WAN services between the U.S. West Coast and Australasia.
The WAS service rotation, Loop 1, will be as follows: Oakland, Calif.; Los Angeles; Auckland, New Zealand; Melbourne, Australia; Sydney; Tauranga, New Zealand; Papeete, French Polynesia; Ensenada, Mexico; and back to Oakland. Calls to Papeete and Ensenada will be fortnightly.
The Pescara vessel will depart northbound on April 19 from Papeete, and the Cap Egmont vessel will leave southbound from Ensenada on May 7.
The WAN service rotation, Loop 2, will be as follows: Oakland; Tacoma, Wash.; Vancouver, British Columbia; Los Angeles; Tauranga; Sydney; Melbourne; Adelaide, Australia; Auckland; Suva, Fiji; Honolulu; and back to Oakland. Calls to Suva will be fortnightly, and calls to Honolulu will be monthly.
The Itajai Express vessel will depart northbound from Suva on April 18.
