International Asset Systems, which specializes in cloud-based software for intermodal transportation and container shipping, has added John Allen in a new position, senior vice president of client services.
Allen will be responsible for customer services during implementations, deployments and post-installation support.
Before joining IAS, Allen worked in various positions at ocean carrier APL, including as managing director of customer support, director of network operations and director of intermodal transportation.
