Chris Baltz, new president and CEO of Transportation Insight.Hickory, N.C.-based logistics provider Transportation Insight recently appointed Chris Baltz, formerly chief strategy officer, to president and CEO; and Laura Easley, formerly chief solutions officer, to chief operating officer.
Paul Thompson, founder and former CEO, will remain chairman of the board of directors.
Baltz has more than 25 years of experience in the supply chain, logistics and transportation industry.
In her new role, Easley will focus on driving best practices and innovation throughout the company’s operations.
