Total Quality Logistics Named a Top Workplace in Cincinnati
Cincinnati, Ohio – For the fourth consecutive year, Total Quality Logistics (TQL) has been named a Top Workplace in Greater Cincinnati by Enquirer Media. Top Workplace finalists are determined solely by employee feedback gathered through an online survey conducted by an independent, third party.
“Our people are our greatest asset. We invest in our employees with extensive training and industry-leading technology. We are excited by our employees’ positive responses to our efforts,” said Kerry Byrne, TQL executive vice president.
In this year’s competition, TQL ranked number two among large companies - those with more than 500 employees. TQL has moved steadily up Enquirer Media’s list of top companies every year since the competition began in 2010. TQL is one of only a dozen Greater Cincinnati companies that have made the top workplaces list four years in a row.
Additionally this year, TQL founder and CEO Ken Oaks was ranked as the top leader in the region among large top workplaces. Oaks shared his thoughts on why TQL has built such a successful company.
