Performance Team Names Townsend as CIO

Performance Team has hired Jim Townsend as its chief information officer.

He will be responsible for building on the third-party logistics provider’s current organizational strength while leading the information technology strategy for the company.

Townsend is a veteran in IT and information systems strategy, change management, process improvement, project management, technological innovation and business intelligence for global multidisciplinary organizations, the company said.
