German logistics provider Dachser will acquire Spanish logistics provider Azkar, effective Jan. 15, 2013.
Dachser has held a 10 percent stake in its Iberian logistics partner since 2008. Following the acquisition, Azkar’s current management team will continue to be led by Jose Antonio Orozco. For the time being, the company will continue to operate under the same name.
