DB Schenker Logistics will open a new logistics center near Shanghai later this year.
Dedicated to engineering giant KONE, the 151,000-square-foot facility will be located in Kunshan and is scheduled to start operations this fall.
The distribution center will store KONE’s output from its domestic plants before loading onto trucks for distribution throughout China or for shipment abroad.
German logistics major DB Schenker also handles air and ocean freight shipments for KONE between Europe, Australia and China.
