Baltimore-based transloading company MoveTran recently acquired a 206,700-square-foot warehouse for transportation access via the Port of Baltimore, and is in the process of purchasing the former Heidtman Steel distribution center in Baltimore.
The company will offer truck, rail or shipping services for steel coil, aluminum, pipe, tube and other types of products in the northeastern and mid-Atlantic areas.
MoveTran is serviced by Class I railroads Norfolk Southern and CSX Transportation,and is located within three miles of Interstate 95.
