Newell Rubbermaid's new facility at Southern California Logistics Centre.Stirling Capital Investments has completed construction of a 76,800-square-foot facility expansion at the Southern California Logistics Centre, a 2,500-acre industrial and commercial complex in Victorville, Calif., that is part of Global Access Victorville.
The construction enhancements were made to accommodate the increased nationwide distribution needs of Newell Rubbermaid, a tenant at SCLC since 2007, which recently committed to a 10-year lease extension. The facility expanded from 407,612 to 584,412 square feet. Newell Rubbermaid took occupancy on Jan. 1.
