AAPA Honors US Reps. Hahn, Poe

U.S. Reps. Janice Hahn, D-Calif., and Ted Poe, R-Texas, co-founders of the bipartisan PORTS Caucus, were presented with the American Association of Port Authorities “Port Person of the Year” award at the association’s annual spring conference in Washington.

Hahn and Poe were selected to receive the annual award based on their “strong commitment to advancing the issues of the port industry and their bipartisan, cofounding of the PORTS Caucus, which brings together lawmakers from across the political spectrum to work together on strengthening and securing America’s seaports,” AAPA said in a written statement.
