“K” Line announced a series of changes in the responsibilities of its executive management team at its board meeting on May 20.
It named Kazuhiro Matsukawa to the position of executive officer and president of “K” Line America. Matsukawa, who is currently senior vice president of “K” Line America, will assume his new position on June 1.

At the same time, “K” Line’s board promoted Takashi Saeki, currently senior managing executive officer and president of “K” Line America, to the position of vice president and executive officer of “K” Line. As assistant to the CEO, he will assume responsibility for the dry bulk and energy transportation sectors.
The board named Yukikazu Myochin as executive officer with responsibility for “K” Line’s containership and ports businesses.
Eizo Murakami was appointed senior managing executive officer, where his responsibilities include the carrier’s containership, ports, car carrier, technical, environmental and marine sectors.
