Zenith Global Logistics Hires Customer Service Manager

CONOVER, NC – December 3, 2013 – Specialized furniture carrier and international 3PL provider Zenith Global Logistics has hired Donna M. Adams as Manager, Customer Service, reporting to Michael Echerd, Chief Operating Officer.

Adams has responsibility for the overall management of Zenith Global Logistics’ customer service team, which handles day-to-day contact with customers, including delivery rescheduling, track and trace, claims, freight transfers, and proof of delivery. “At Zenith Global Logistics, we maintain a very high commitment to customer care, and so we sought out a process-driven leader who truly understands world-class customer service,” explains Jack Hawn, President and CEO. “We’re delighted to have Donna on board, because she has what it takes to work across our organization to resolve complex challenges and to coach our team on being even more effective, customer-focused service providers.”
