Dan Brutto, president of UPS International, to retire.UPS today announced that Dan Brutto, 56, president of UPS International, will retire at the end of April. He will be succeeded as president by Jim Barber, 52, who is currently president of UPS Europe.
Brutto is a 38-year veteran of UPS. He has led UPS’s international strategy for more than five years.
Jim Barber, UPS International's new president.In his new position, Barber will join UPS’s management committee, comprised of the company’s 10 most senior executives.
Barber joined UPS in 1985 and has been a senior executive on the international management team since 2004. He has served as president of the U.K. and Ireland district and as chief operating officer for UPS Europe.
