Tony Bikhazi Named Chairman of SPARX Logistics

HONG KONG – SPARX logistics, a rapidly expanding international transportation and logistics company based in Hong Kong, proudly announces that Tony G. Bikhazi has agreed to become its Chairman. Mr. Bikhazi brings over 45 years of experience in the global transportation industry, including 20 years with Globe Express Services (GES), from which he retired in 2011 as President – The Americas. He is highly regarded among clients and colleagues for his visionary thinking, his personal generosity and his commitment to superior service.

In describing his new role, Mr. Bikhazi stated: “SPARX is a new name in the logistics world with highly modern capabilities. After graduating from The American University of Beirut, Mr. Bikhazi began his logistics career in 1967 with an international air cargo company, rising to the position of VP Operational Planning with responsibility for operations, fleet utilization and profitability of a large fleet of B707F and B747F aircraft. In 1990, he joined GES as a partner and as SVP Operations, and relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina. In 2006, he assumed the role of President – The Americas, overseeing the company’s operations in North, South and Central America, including sales and financials.
