Third-party logistics provider BNSF Logistics has acquired logistics management company EP-Team, based in Flower Mound, Texas.
BSNF Logistics also recently acquired Albacor Shipping, as the company strives to expand its project cargo services portfolio.
Integration activities are underway, the company said, although EP-Team will continue to operate with a degree of autonomy and under the same name for an undetermined period of time.
