Rosemont, Ill.-based kitchenware provider World Kitchen has completed two leases for industrial space totaling more than 1.6 million square feet in Greencastle, Pa., and Riverside, Calif., through a continued partnership with Chicago’s NAI Hiffman.
The Greencastle location provides World Kitchen with a 1.0 million square foot building that the company will modernize with an anticipated $10 million investment.
The Riverside location expands the company’s logistics network beyond the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions, World Kitchen said in a written statement.
