DGX Opens Full Service Facility in Malaysia

PORT KELANG, MALAYSIA,: DGX-Dependable Global Express, an
international freight forwarder and logistics provider, is expanding in Asia
with the opening of a full service facility in Malaysia as of July 1.

Located in Port Kelang, the closest seaport to the Malaysian capital of
Kuala Lumpur, the new Dependable Global Express facility is offering both
outbound and inbound ocean and air service. Headed by Zach Nice, Dependable
Global Express' Director, Southeast Asia with 10 years cargo experience,
predominantly in Asian-U.S trade lanes, the new office will emphasize LCL
ocean shipments on the inbound leg and FCL freight outbound. Air service
will be provided by DGX' sister company, Dependable AirCargo Express (DAX).

Nice emphasized that shippers utilizing DGX for both inbound and outbound
freight will realize major competitive advantages. He stated that for
imports into Malaysia from the United States, DGX offers weekly direct LCL
master consolidations. "We will consolidate shipments from all points in
the U.S. at our own wholly owned and operated facility at company
headquarters in Rancho Dominguez, California. The DGX terminal is CTPAT and
ISO 9001:2008 certified. Our asset based presence in the U.S., combined with
DGX' new office in Port Kelang, allows us to offer Malaysian importers
unparalleled door to door service via ocean or air under the 'Dependable'
umbrella of worldclass service."

Nice stressed that Malaysian exporters will enjoy equal competitive
advantages. "The great majority of customers' outbound shipments will be
loaded directly at Port Kelang (company offices are just minutes away from
the actual docks) to U.S. and world destinations speeding transit time. A
Malaysian-Singapore trucking service also is being offered.

As one of the Asian "tiger" nations, Malaysia has been in the forefront in
conversion from a predominantly agricultural society under British rule to
manufacturing as an independent country. It is a major exporter of
electronic and computer equipment, auto parts, medical devices, home
furnishings and apparel. "With our new office, Dependable Global Express is
offering Malaysian industry even greater access to worldwide markets,"
commented Nice. He noted that while Malaysian exports to Europe has slowed
due to that continent's financial crisis, "the U.S. economy is on the upbeat
with greater business and consumer dollar volume forecast for the remainder
of 2012. We expect Malaysian exports to the U.S. to have a very healthy
year,"

Dependable Global Express has maintained a presence in Asia for many years
with offices in Shanghai, China; Singapore; Jakarta, Indonesia; Tokyo, Japan
and Manila, the Philippines. The new office is linked to DGX' network of
offices in Asia, Australia, Hawaii and the U.S. Mainland via an advanced IT
system that provides almost instantaneous tracking and retrieval
information.

which encompasses forwarding, trucking, warehousing and management solutions
