CargoWise to Provide Technology Platform for Tigers Limited
Chicago, IL, USA February 28, 2012 — CargoWise®, a global leader in unified platform software for logistics service providers (LSPs), announce that they have signed a multi - year agreement to provide their ediEnterprise global freight and logistics technology platform to the newly formed Tigers Limited, a company created under a merger agreement between WLG, Inc. and Kamino Logistics Group Ltd.
WLG is already using ediEnterprise globally. Tigers recognized the value of leveraging the current investment to standardize their operations and expand their product offering across additional countries and lines of business. Tigers will benefit from comprehensive visibility during the merger and in the future by using ediEnterprise’s underlying single-file-concept to link all relevant information together in one globally accessible database.
