Charleston’s Container Traffic Rose 9.6 Percent in 2012

The South Carolina Ports Authority reported that traffic handled at the Port of Charleston’s two container terminals in 2012 was 1.5 million 20-foot-equivalent units, an increase of 9.6 percent compared with 2011.
