Downed Wires Snarl Traffic at NJ Marine Terminals

Downed wires across Corbin Street between Tyler and Marsh Streets this morning led to a road closure and heavy traffic delays affecting the Port of New York and New Jersey's marine terminals’ Port Street entrance in Newark.

The port authority advised traffic destined for locations in Port Elizabeth to use North Avenue until further notice.

Utility problems also have affected the SeaLink driver identification system, which is closed until further notice.
